We recommend:
- Clearing your cache and cookies
- Restarting your router
- Checking you do not have a VPN active
- Turning off any third-party browser extensions
- Searching on a different network (i.e. trying to use Google Scholar on Eduroam if you have been having trouble at home or vice versa)
