How do I apply for a refund on my printing credit?

To obtain a refund, you need to contact IT Services on 0117 428 2100, or you can log a "New Incident" here: https://bristoluni-ism.ivanticloud.com/Modules/SelfService/#serviceCatalog

If you log a new incident online, please let IT now the date and time of the incident.
