This is often caused by the incorrect print size setting when sent to print. |

You can see this by the message on the touchscreen.

|
|
|
|
To make the printer use another print tray, touch the Status Monitor/Cancel option on the bottom left of the screen. |
|
|
|
|
|
Select the correct paper tray and press ‘OK’.
