Firstly, we recommend you access all content via Library Search and the Library website:
http://www.bris.ac.uk/library/.
You automatically authenticate as a UoB user the first time you click on an e-resource link and will have seamless access to e-resource content within our subscriptions after that. If you meet an error message or a paywall, we recommended that you try clearing the cache*. Changing browsers is also recommended. Chrome and Firefox work best, and there are often issues with Safari.
If you go directly to the supplier's site via Google, you can sometimes sign in via Shibboleth/ institutional sign-on, but not all supplier sites enable you to do this.
