The Inter Library Loan form shows an error page when I try to open it - what should I do?
Error messages can occur for a few reasons. Please try the following -
Ask a member of library staff to check that you have a library account (you can do this by asking us on live chat, at an Enquiry Desk in one of our libraries or via library-enquiries@bristol.ac.uk)
At the library sign-in page, choose the second option 'University of Bristol library users'. If it still shows an error page, it's likely to be an issue with your browser
