First check that you have a library account (you can do this by asking us on live chat, at an Enquiry Desk in one of our libraries or via library-enquiries@bristol.ac.uk). If you do not have a library account yet, make sure your U-card has been printed (either by picking it up from Card Services or emailing card-services@bristol.ac.uk and asking them to print it to generate your library account). If this still does not activate your library account after 24 hours, please email lib-access@bristol.ac.uk.
At the library sign-in page, choose the second option 'University of Bristol library users'. If it still shows an error page, it's likely to be an issue with your browser
