My library account is expiring but I'm starting a new course. Can I keep hold of my library books?

Unfortunately, in between courses you will not technically be a student at the University. As such, you will have to return the books you have on loan before your course end-date.
 
You will, however, be able to use the library until 31st July 2022 on production of your student card, and thus make use of books within the library itself. Your Ucard has probably already stopped working for building access,  but you will be able to visit the Arts & Social Sciences library or the Wills library by showing your Ucard to staff on the welcome desks (please check the library webpage for staffed opening hours).

Once you re-register for your course in September you will obtain a new card and a library account will be set up again.
