How do I book a group study room?

To book a slot in a group study room please use the following link: https://librarybookings.bristol.ac.uk.

Here you will find descriptions of the room and the size of group that can be accommodated. You may book up to 2 hours per day and are responsible for vacating the room on time so that the next group can use the space.

First click on the library or study space you want to book, and then click on 'space for 2-6 people' under the capacity option.

Please note -

  • Group rooms are for a minimum of 2 people (see here for private use - Can I book a private room for a 1:1 tutorial or interview? - LibAnswers).
  • The group number must not exceed the maximum size stated.
  • The person making the booking is responsible for making sure that the room is left clean and tidy for the next group to use.
  • Please note that food is not permitted in group study rooms, and all drinks must be lidded.
  • We ask that you do not take up your booking if you or another member of the group are feeling unwell or have any symptoms of Covid-19.
