Yes, many major publisher web sites allow access via institutional sign-in. Look for 'Institutional login' or 'Shibboleth' and select 'UK Federation' 'UK Higher Education'. With platforms that support this, you should find 'University of Bristol' from a drop-down menu. You sign in via single sign-on. You will be able to access full text content for the resources the University subscribes to.
